Absolutely excellent article! Very thought provoking, the sentence “When I’m angry with someone, I need something from them” sent me down a rabbit hole all of its own in recognising that my inability to feel anger when I arguably should stems perhaps, from a fierce need for independence and a simultaneous yearning for connection and acceptance.
